A big thank you to Mr. Tafel and Ms. Mai for their support throughout the trip, and for the many crystal-clear instructions they have given to prevent problems before they became one. Taking care of 16 students like us and Sofia together for 28 days straight is not an easy job. Thank you for your great pearls of wisdom, for the lessons that you have taught us, and for the good habits you have helped us obtain. I admire your encouragements for us to go out and connect with the residents, and I admire your strength and endurance you have expressed when dealing with all the problems us 16 knuckleheads have given you.  Thank you for your devotion and passion towards making every trip a good experience for the students to reflect and reminisce upon later on in their lives. 

 

A thank you to the Linden Centre staff for supporting us and providing us a comfortable and beautiful home during our stay. I am especially thankful for Mr. Linden and Mrs. Linden for founding the Centre and doing what they do every day out of true passion for this beautiful place and the amazing people in it. Your devotion to your dreams inspires each and every one of the Microcampus students, and it motivates us to have the courage to follow our dreams and do good things for the world. 

 

Thank you, Ms. B and Mr. Chen, for sacrificing large amounts of time during your days to come support our learning and accompany us during our fieldwork sessions. Thank you for the exhaustion you went through just to come with us on the big hike, and thank you for being the amazing people you are. 

 

A special thank you to my parents, who have made it possible for me to embark on this journey. You have supported me every inch along the way, and have always been there listening to all my stories about my wondrous experience here.

 

And finally, a big thank you to the Voyagers group, for the hard work each of you have completed during this month, for the company and the kindness you have given and expressed to one another. You have all made this trip a memorable experience that I will never forget in my life.
